"All I can say is wow. I did a lot of shopping and price research online while looking for my jetski. I stopped in to see what was available in a used ski. After a quick search Chris was able to get me on a new STX for alot less than other dealers were selling used ones of any make. No haggeling, just a great price and great people to work with.
The times I've been back I've found the parts and service staff to go above and beyond what "normal" customer service has become elsewhere.
Other businesses could learn alot from Paulson's! "

"The very first time my wife and I walked in to your store we were greeted by Mark a very friendly and helpful salesman. He still helped us even once we told him we where not ready to buy just yet and we would be buying in the next 2 week even then he still made sure we got the best help he could give. He answered all over question and help us pick up the best bike for our needs (2008 Versys). Because of that great customer service we got unlike the other places we went to. "My experience at Paulson's was one that can not be topped! Not only was Dan (salesperson) very helpful but he also went out and helped educate me and pick out gear for my new '07 GSXR 600. The only thing that made this trip not perfect was that some of the add ons I want for my bike they were out of stock on but Dan was really helpful in ordering the parts that I wanted and ensuring that they would come just for me. All in all as long as I am a resident of WA. I can not think of anywhere else I would buy my bike or parts from. They have great service and great people working there. Thanks again!!"

"I love buying local. I won't travel to buy vehicles even across town. Lacey has many great businesses, and Paulson's is a perfect example of what I mean. I went to Paulson's after window shopping one evening. After hours,they line the bikes along the windows inside the dealership as if to make this process easier! My wife and I returned the next day to buy a 2006 Suzuki Boulevard. Mike was our salesman, he's easy to Find; first desk on the right, inside the front door. Our experiences at other dealers were always disappointing. Mike really helped us feel comfortable, and able to make the right decision as first time buyers. Although I got my Suzuki from a private seller, I will use Paulson's for all my parts and service needs in the future. I believe in a business that is passionate about what they do.
